Who Am I and Why should you listen to me?
I’m Barbara Conner, the founder of BeSeen Career Consulting. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, and six Talent Acquisition certifications, I’ve spent years honing my skills in recruiting, talent acquisition, and career coaching. From small startups to Fortune 500 giants, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes—both private and publicly traded.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with high school graduates who are just stepping into the workforce, as well as seasoned professionals looking to level up their careers. No matter where you are in your professional journey, I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges that come with each stage—and more importantly, the opportunities waiting just around the corner.
