On the other hand, if someone tells me they’ve just been living off unemployment with no effort to grow or engage professionally, it signals a lack of initiative.            I’m Barbara Conner, the founder of BeSeen Career Consulting. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, and six Talent Acquisition certifications, I’ve spent years honing my skills in recruiting, talent acquisition, and career coaching. From small startups to Fortune 500 giants, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes—both private and publicly traded.
